RXMD: A Low Float Pharm Co. Stock Primed For A Bigger Move

Progressive Care Inc. (RXMD) had a bit of a run in the New Year and now seems primed for the next leg up. They announced prescription growth of 33% in 2014 and expect revenues could be increased by as much as 50-60% in 2015 or $18-20M total. Their authorized share count is 100M with some 40M+ outstanding at this stage  as they retire the only remaining debt that they have (we assume debt is now down to $1M or less). In recent days the stock shot up to nearly .05 before cooling off in advance of what we expect will be a bigger move. Some estimates have a fair value based on projected 2015 revenues of some .29+/share. We expect January prescription and revenue information to be release early next month. We note the float here is on the order of just 12M shares. The current price of .02 may offer an attractive entry point for those so inclined.

Progressive also recently announced a JV with another specialty pharmacy (CareMed Inc.) which is expected to allow them to increase their prescriptions further and gain considerable economies of scale given a similar geographic footprint. There have been some rumblings that the JV was announced to make the combined entity more attractive to bigger Pharm Co’s. We have zero way to validate that but we do note that Progressive Care’s CEO has done several previous M & A’s so at the very least the thought, if not the substance, is a viable one.

EDVA, good call on this stock. I was unable to purchase it in the low 2s. Maybe late to the table now.

I bought more today in the 04′s. I think it may blow very soon and I expect strong end of year numbers as well as January numbers given the flu season. Much to look forward to. Just my opinion. Everyone must make their own choices based on their own research.

EDVA, good call on getting in even at the 04′s. Almost reached 07 today.

EDVA, do you know when they will come out with their projected 2015 sales? A 3.3 cents entry point would have been a good entry point today as it closed at 4.7 cents. Will have to get in soon. Thanks.

I would think they should be out with a report in early February if they are timely with it. I’m not sure I would worry too much about any entry under .05 but everyone has their own strategy. I do note that the float which I saw reported to be around 12M is likely higher now given the Tarpon conversions. Regardless it is a net positive because it is canceling out the remaining debt. If the company announces a profit, regardless how slim, this will be absolute pandemonium in my view.

EDVA, do you know if the debt was settled for a smaller number as is typical? Rumor is Tarpon may gave unloaded many of the shares thus far but how could we know for sure? Watching L2 I see large sale orders that appear just above the ask then get withdrawn as trading approaches. If this Tarpon deal has run its course or is close, we are sitting on something special.

I wouldn’t think we’d know for sure until we see outstanding share and debt reduction totals in future filings.

I have a big chunk of shares in RXMD, and I picked up even more on Friday at .026. People who are selling are just plain ignorant of this stock. I am just grateful they are willing to practically give me their shares. IMHO this should end up somewhere between 25 cents and a buck.

Good up move today. WHY? Wonder why it’s message board is not activated on YAHOO?

Wane – I think no message board on Yahoo due to low activity. Most people are using Investors Hub’s message board nowadays. Well, a down week for RXMD, but I think only because people are getting impatient waiting for news and financials. It will be interesting when the financials do get released.

    EDVA,

Happy Easter. BCYP is now scheduled for trial in December and Markman 45-60 days away. What are your thoughts?

Hi EDVA. From what I can research, RXMD isn’t up to date with SEC filings. Is that true and if so, how negative is that and does that affect your thoughts any on this potentially going up over 25 cents? Thank you.

Ditto this comment. I would like to know your opinion on this as well EDVA. Specifically why they would post to OTC MARKETS and not EDGAR. Thanks in advance.

Edva,
Thanks for the continued research. Not to go off transition with your recent topics, but what are your recent thoughts about WDDD v. Activision? I think we will hear from Casper coming days. Perhaps, you may not currently have a position in WDDD since you do not speak of this matter here. Do you have any thoughts on this subject re WDDD. Thank you.
